Pano Harbour
The unit is located in Kai Tak and features a four-bedroom layout. The designer primarily incorporated the art and architectural style of the late 17th to early 18th century, known as the New Baroque style. Upon entering, the eye is immediately drawn to a minimalist yet exquisitely luxurious shoe cabinet. The opposite side features simplified European-style decorative lines, complemented by a clear mirror and solid wood, creating a welcoming atmosphere under the accent lighting.
The overall space is mainly designed with light tones, with contrasting and zoning elements in dark tones. The herringbone-patterned hardwood flooring adds a sense of tranquility and luxury to the space. The dining area showcases a six-seater dining table with a marble top and metal accents. The dining chairs, made of black walnut wood and metal, are separated by a marble screen divider between the dining area and the pathway to the bedrooms. The combination of black-brown marble with gold-colored metal, along with the chandelier blending gold and crystal elements, creates a high-end and luxurious ambiance in the entire dining area.
In the living room area, the focus is on the deep tones of the sofa. The colors of the carpet and coffee table echo the sofa, while the TV cabinet adopts a lighter shade, creating a strong contrast with the dark sofa. The color of the TV wall extends from the TV cabinet, enhancing the harmony of the space. The addition of pendant lights adds a touch of softness to the living room area.
The master bedroom primarily features white with accents of gray and light green, creating a calm and steady ambiance. The combination of leather bed upholstery and dark gray bed accessories adds a sense of depth to the space. The inclusion of light green adds vitality and a sense of liveliness to the room.
The daughter’s room is predominantly in pink. The combination of wall patterns, metal strips on the walls, metal handles on the wardrobe, metal frame of the dressing table mirror, metal edges of the dressing chair, and metal support bracket of the pendant light adds a more exquisite and luxurious touch to the entire room.
In the master bedroom, the designer utilized the wardrobe to separate the resting area from the washing area. The resting area features light tones, while the washing area predominantly adopts dark tones. The light-colored space creates a relaxed and soft ambiance, conducive to a good night’s sleep. Walking through the wardrobe corridor leads to the dressing table area, with the entrance to the toilet next to it. By using dark colors to differentiate the areas, the bedroom exhibits a strong contrast, making the space visually dynamic and interesting.
